Payment Information

Payments are processed by our payment partner. We do not store your credit card numbers or bank details. We receive transaction records (amount, date, status) for your purchase history.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the Service, including service types used, credit transactions, and session metadata. This helps us improve the Service.

3. Image Handling

This is the most important section of our privacy policy:

  • Immediate deletion: Uploaded images are deleted immediately after processing is complete.
  • No training: Your images are never used for AI model training.
  • No sharing: Your images are never shared with third parties, except the AI provider (Google Gemini) strictly for processing your request.
  • Generated results are stored temporarily so you can view and download them. They are automatically purged after a retention period.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use language preference cookies to remember your selected language. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Prizm:

  • Google Gemini: AI image processing. Images are sent to this provider solely for generation and are subject to their privacy policy.
  • Payment processor: Payment processing. Only transaction data is shared.
  • Amazon Web Services (S3): Secure file storage for generated results.
  • Sentry: Error monitoring (no personal data is sent).

6. Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active.
  • Uploaded images: Deleted immediately after processing.
  • Generated results: Stored temporarily, then automatically purged.
  • Transaction records: Retained for accounting and legal purposes.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Export your data.
  • Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure cloud storage, and access controls to protect your data.
