Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods

Prizm sells digital goods (credits and subscriptions) that are consumed upon use. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final.

2. Credit Packs

Credit pack purchases are eligible for a refund if no credits have been used from the purchased pack. Once any credits from the pack have been consumed, the purchase is no longer refundable.

3. Failed Generations

We already protect you from failed generations — only 1 credit is deducted for a failed attempt, compared to the full 10 credits for a successful image. This means you are not paying full price for something that didn't work.

4. Subscriptions

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
  • Credits granted by the subscription remain in your account after cancellation and do not expire.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@mg.prizm.now with:

  • Your account email address.
  • The date and amount of the purchase.
  • The reason for your refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method via our payment partner. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
