1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Prizm ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Prizm is an AI-powered image transformation platform. Services include text removal (Text Eraser), pet avatar generation (Pet Avatar), and ID photo creation (ID Photo).

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Credits and Payments

  • Credits are the currency used to generate images. Each successful image costs 10 credits.
  • Credits are purchased through our payment partner and are non-transferable.
  • Credits do not expire.
  • If image generation fails, only 1 credit is deducted.
  • Subscription plans provide monthly credit allowances. Unused credits carry over indefinitely.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload images containing illegal, explicit, or harmful content.
  • Use the Service to generate images that infringe on the rights of others.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service.
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without prior written permission.
  • Upload images of individuals without their consent.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of images you upload. AI-generated results are provided for your use, subject to any applicable laws. Prizm does not claim ownership of your uploaded or generated images.

7. Image Handling

Uploaded images are processed by AI and deleted immediately after processing is complete. We do not store your images beyond what is necessary to deliver results. Your images are never used for AI training. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated results may vary in quality and accuracy. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prizm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Korea.
